Encouraging all members of the Cleveland community to make their voices heard
Over the last few years, we have worked with Cleveland Browns players, executives and staff members to tackle social justice issues in Cleveland and work with community members to raise awareness of these issues.
As part of this work, we developed programming focused on non-partisan education, registration and activation throughout the 2020 election.
On Sept. 22, 2020, the Browns partnered with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Votes and the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections to host a National Voter's Registration Day at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
The non-partisan event gave all Cuyahoga County residents the opportunity to register to vote in the upcoming General Election.
Our goal was to create a cultural shift around voting and civic engagement, encouraging everyone to get involved and make their voice heard.
