Changing the landscape of opportunity for children in Ohio and across the country
Teach For America works with communities across the country to confront educational inequity. They do this by finding and nurturing leaders who commit to expanding opportunity for low-income students, beginning with at least two years teaching in a public school.
Teach For America has partnered with the community leaders across Cleveland since 2012, bringing more than 500 leaders to the area in the past eight years. From classrooms to districts to state houses across America, they are reimagining education to realize the day when every child has an equal opportunity to learn, lead, thrive and co-create a future filled with possibility.
We support Teach For America because we believe in their work to expand opportunities for low-income students and develop a force of educators who are working toward a day when every child will receive an excellent and equitable education.
